Accounting localization for Slovenia

Comprehensive customization of the Odoo system to Slovenian legislative and business requirements. It includes correct handling of taxes, reports, document formats, and other specifics of the Slovenian environment, enabling easy and compliant business without additional manual adjustments.


AJPES SFR with XML export

Automatic preparation and export of data for annual reports (SFR) in XML format, compliant with AJPES requirements. The module reduces the possibility of errors and significantly simplifies the submission of reports.

Fixed assets

Advanced management of fixed assets with automatic depreciation calculation, value tracking, and preparation of records. It enables transparent and compliant asset management throughout their entire life cycle.

SEPA orders and QR codes

Generation of SEPA payment orders and automatic creation of QR codes for easy payment. The solution speeds up payment processes and reduces the chance of input errors.

Sending e-invoices via Bizbox

Direct integration with the Bizbox platform for electronic invoice exchange. It enables automated sending and receiving of e-invoices without additional manual work.

eSLOG 2.0 e-invoices

Support for the eSLOG 2.0 standard for issuing and processing e-invoices. It ensures compliance with legislation and compatibility with various partners.

FURS reports with XML export

Preparation and export of various reports for FURS in prescribed XML formats. It reduces administrative work and ensures the accuracy of submitted data.

VAT-O (VAT return)

Automatic preparation of the VAT return (VAT-O) based on recorded transactions. It enables a quick overview and easy submission of the calculation.

VAT records (Sales/Purchase books)

Keeping books of issued and received invoices (KIR/KPR) with all the necessary data for tax records and reporting.

RP-O (Recapitulative Statement)

Preparation of the RP-O report for reporting on deliveries within the EU. The system automatically captures relevant data and prepares it for submission.

OSS (One Stop Shop)

Intrastat

VOD export

Export of data for VOD reporting in appropriate formats, compliant with regulator requirements. Useful for Pantheon, Vasco, Opal programs, hence the acronym VOD (Vasco, Opal, Datalab).
